Client Services Support Analyst

Junior – Intermediate Bolton, ON (On-site) We Will Train

As a Client Services Support Analyst, your challenge will be to provide an excellent level of service to a broad range of clients across Canada, the US, and the Caribbean. You will be the primary interface between clients and the programming/technical team.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — telephone and web support
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups for training sessions and presentations
  • Experience with Windows and MS Office
  • P&C insurance knowledge is required
  • Must be available to work from our offices in Bolton, Ontario

Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide hotline support to users across Canada, US, and Caribbean
  • Record and track problems — provide clients with written resolutions and monthly status reports
  • Analyse and resolve software application issues at the database level
  • Provide training of software applications to clients and staff
  • Assist in implementation processes with the Programming/Technical team on client sites
  • Liaise between clients and the Programming/Technical team
  • Create and update system documentation
  • Occasional travel to client sites for system installations, training, and testing

Systems Developer

Intermediate – Senior Bolton, ON (On-site) C# / Blazor

Tritech is looking for a team player who is passionate about creating high-quality applications. You will write robust C# code and build modern interactive web UIs using Microsoft Blazor, working on our enterprise P&C insurance platform.

Requirements

  • Working experience in C# development
  • Experience with MS Blazor web UI development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with P&C insurance is an asset
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Available to work from our offices in Bolton, Ontario

  • Write robust, high-performance code in C#
  • Build interactive web UIs using MS Blazor
